Nicola, the wine and the vineyard #9

Ninth page of my journal. We dedicated this January to winter pruning and the new ME.GA.Drinkers, I leave you some details below and as always the 3 best bottles of the month.

Nicola, the wine and the vineyard #9

In the vineyard: winter pruning

We were lucky to have completed "the cuts" before the strange rise in temperatures in late January. Winter pruning is just as delicate as other operations in the vineyard. Pruning brings with it the bending and tying of the shoots. Now let's hope that February will bring low temperatures again so as to support the natural rest of the vineyard.

April 23: "Nature Limited" Visit

New date for one of the most requested experiences: the "Nature Limited" visit. Unlike normal cellar visits, here we focus more on tasting. In fact, we taste the Nature line (three wines at 0 dosage) and a limited edition bottle that we select from time to time.

The next "Nature Limited" day is scheduled for April 23rd. The day will be divided into 3 groups of 15 people each and it is possible to book directly online.
