Fourteenth page of my journal. I'll tell you about my June: we are in the phase of the final formation of the bunch, we are making a small experimental Cru and I had some wonderful evenings with Vigna's Privé. You are my cellar. Thank you!

In the vineyards: grapes
We have reached the phenological stage of bunch enlargement.Healthy and turgid bunches are in the definitive formation and closure phase, to then move on to the maturation phase.
The vineyard experiences a particular climatic moment: heat with no rainfall. This leads to serious problems but also a lower risk of water-borne infections and consequently the use of plant protection products can be reduced. We are only on the third treatment in the vineyard.
Cru civine: Small experimental Cru
Cru Civine represents an important objective. In a small experimental cru at 600 meters above sea level(characterized by significant temperature ranges and generally lower temperatures) we managed to plant a small vineyard with 2000 plants including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
This experiment demonstrates how much climate change is changing our way of approaching agriculture.
"The vignerons must commit themselves to seeking new solutions through the use of their Terroir and its dynamism, which translates into the use of agricultural practices and not human expedients."
In the cellar: Vigna's Privè
The magic of tasting. The thrill of being in a group. The spirit of great sharing.
THANK YOU. THANKS AND THANKS AGAIN.
These Vigna's Privè were wonderful. An organizational and emotional success.
Sitting under the Negus pergola, I saw the philosophy behind ME.GA. Drinkers materialize. Build a passionate group whose primary objective is to share experiences. Anyone who couldn't be there don't give up... we'll do more!
