On September 17, 2022 there was the first ME.GA. FRIENDS 2022: a unique event in the vineyard with friends. Here's how it went.
The premise was: toasting together in the vineyard with friends.
We did it!
The event kicked off at 5.00pm: the first shuttle bus starts arriving in the vineyard, the first greetings, the first glasses.
For the evening we opened R.D. (Blanc de Noirs, Rosé) and limited edition bottles (C.C. Chardonnay, Molenerè Rosé and Arcano) accompanied by the gastronomic offers of two great friends: Nicolò di Ferdy Wild and Michele della Dispensa San Felice.
Nicolò has decided to bring us his mountain for the evening: from his cheese platter to his iconic wild herb meatballs and to conclude, the Wild panettone could not be missing!
Michele brought his inseparable grill with which he grilled the Tuscan sausages and as a second proposal, a donkey tartare burger. We couldn't help but exclaim “WHAT ARE WE TALKING ABOUT?!“.
The great success of the evening is also dictated by an excellent organization and the use of professional tools. For this we would like to thank our friends at Agnelli for giving us the opportunity to use their KAMADO BBQs for the evening. A super thanks also to our friends at Ross who allowed us to make a plastic-free, fast and flawless service, providing us with plates, napkins and glasses.
Oh right! At the end of the evening, the Gin Tonics prepared with Gin Eremyth and its Spruce Tonic by Ferdy Wild and Gin Mario by the homonymous sommelier from Brescia could not be missing.
Between glasses and food we celebrated, but in safety. I would like to thank all the participants for maintaining a respectful behavior of the rules.
