I tell you about our July: in the vineyard we wait for the grapes to ripen, while in the cellar we prepare for the harvest with particular attention to the third edition of megafriends. In the vineyard: challenges and transformations

We are in the middle of summer and we are anxiously awaiting the ripening of the grapes. The veraison is almost complete: the bunches are changing color and consistency, going from unripe green to soft, rich in juice and must.

This year was a bit complicated in the initial phase and the last three weeks of high temperatures are also putting us to the test; we would need a little rain to facilitate the ripening of the bunches.
Addressing these difficulties means accepting that the climate has changed and reviewing the parameters on which we rely. It is therefore essential to roll up our sleeves and understand how to manage the work in combination with what nature gives us.

IN THE CELLAR: we prepare for the harvest

The preparation phase is in full swing. We are busy with washing and organizing because we will start the harvest in a few weeks and every detail has to be perfect.

We take this opportunity to give special thanks to Enoteca Naturale, who hosted us on July 28th with such care and professionalism. Their support was crucial to the success of the event, creating a welcoming and perfect environment for our tasting.
