Big day! A project that takes shape: 1.3 hectares in the Cru Santissima.
My idea is to diversify as much as possible. I want my cuvée wines (basically all of them) to be able to express every facet of the calcareous soil of this hill. This is why I am focusing on being able to work small and very small plots, vinifying each Cru individually.
