IN THE VINEYARD: THE MOST DELICATE TIME OF THE YEAR
The climate is changing fast and is a major concern for those working in the agricultural sector. Everyone, from vignerons to those who have a small vegetable garden at home, have noticed these changes.
We are at a delicate moment in a particular year. The grapes are in the ripening phase of the bunch and we are waiting for the perfect moment to harvest.
The "hottest" question right now: what will the 2023 vintage be like?
We expect a lot. It may be a year of great satisfaction but for now... fingers crossed!
IN THE CELLAR: BIG PARTY COMING SOON...
The event will be held on Sunday 3 September, in a future vineyard about 50 meters from our cellar. The goal is to make another toast (there are always too few) to wine, to sharing and to the passions that bind us.
