We’ll (re)find each other in Gussago — in the spot right next to my cellar — to drink and enjoy some great food pairings by Nicolò from Ferdy Wild, Michele from La Dispensa, and two big ✨ NEW ✨ entries for this edition: dishes by Jacopo from Trattoria da Lucio and gelato from Ciacco Lab. Just like last year, coffee will be offered by Gli Ormesini.

😺 Once again this year, the event will take place in the area right next to the cellar — a brand new vineyard. This exclusive location will be specially set up, with our usual care for every little detail.

😺 The event will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Important: to make getting around easier and welcome everyone who wants to share this experience with us, we’ve arranged — just like last year — a shuttle service included in the ticket. The shuttle will take you from Via Bevilacqua 44, Gussago, straight to the event location.
The shuttle service will run from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

😺 Also this year, our special guests cooking for us will be our long-time friends Michele from La Dispensa and Nicolò from Ferdy Wild

Michele Bontempi: owner of La Dispensa restaurant in San Felice del Benaco, opened in 1999 by his father Roberto. With over a thousand labels of natural wines on the list, Michele is a true flavor researcher, always traveling to discover new artisanal food and wine producers.

Nicolò Quarteroni: the “deus ex machina” of Ferdy Wild, director of the agriturismo that carries his father’s name. Started in 1989 with a piece of land, a few horses, and the dream of bringing the mountain territory back to life — today it’s one of the most vibrant and representative places in the Orobie valley.

😺 dishes by Jacopo from Trattoria da Lucio
Jacopo Ticchi: chef and soul of Da Lucio, a seafood trattoria founded in Rimini in 2019. Born from the idea of valuing local fish using innovative techniques like dry-aging, his project has become a go-to for anyone who loves authentic and sustainable cuisine. Today, in the new seaside location on Viale Ortigara, Jacopo celebrates seasonal ingredients using charcoal grills and a wood-fired oven.

😺 gelato by Ciacco Lab
Stefano Guizzetti: the “ice cream chemist”, soul of Ciacco Lab. Born in Bergamo and now adopted by Parma, Stefano turned his degree in Food Science into a delicious and sustainable mission: creating natural, revolutionary gelato. Since 2013, he’s been pushing bold experiments, creating unique gastronomic flavors.

😺 All participants will receive a Glacette + Bevitori ME.GA. Stopper.
Thanks to this gift and our ice service throughout the day, you can keep your bottles at the right temperature for sharing. We invite everyone to bring their own bottles to share with old and new friends! Swap glasses, opinions, tastes, and ideas! This spirit of sharing is exactly what connects us as Bevitori ME.GA.

😺 Coffee will be offered by Gli Ormesini, an artisanal coffee roastery from Verona that pays special attention to raw material quality — a project where we see our same values reflected.
 
 

Some final tips

😺 Take advantage of the shuttle service — Via Bevilacqua, 44 (Gussago), at the sports center parking lot.

😺 Let’s be responsible, we’re Bevitori ME.GA. — there are many places to stay overnight near the cellar, don’t get behind the wheel if you’ve had too much to drink.
