A significant maturation on the lees of 90 moons (about 90 months). I am very fond of this name: “Molener” was the nickname of my miller family. In this wine, the acidic tension is incredibly balanced with the other perceptions: creaminess, minerality, and oxidation. As in all my wines, no added sulfites.
Check the back label: you will find information on disgorgement, sugars and total sulfur dioxide. I do not add sulphites to my wines.

My wines

Only spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts. Zero added sulphites.
